You will need to contact your current provider to authorize WPI to take financial responsibility for the service. If you are the primary on a family plan, then you should make arrangements to make someone else the primary for that plan.
If you are porting a mobile number WPI will need the following information:
- Current Cell Phone Carrier:
- Mobile Number:
- Account Number:
- Single or Family Plan:
- Name of Primary Account Holder:
- Home Address:
- You will need to have your carrier remove your 'billing password'
