Remember to notate any additional or specialty software that will need to be re-added after the upgrade to Windows 10 as well as the names of any printers you currently use. Please provide this information to ITS.

Install OneDrive Application

After the computer has been upgraded, you can add the OneDrive application to the machine by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the start menu in the bottom left corner of the screen
  2. Type OneDrive for Business
  3. Run the application

Once the application runs, it will sync with your OneDrive for Business WPI account. It will then appear as a separate location in the File Explorer. Any files stored on OneDrive can now be moved onto your computer through the application or through the OneDrive web application located at portal.office.com.
