Requesting a New Resource Mailbox
To request the creation of a Resource Mailbox, IT requires the following information from a faculty or staff member:
- Desired email address
- Desired Display Name for the Global Address List
- Business Case
- Required Users and their permission levels (see Resource Mailbox Permissions for more details)
Modifying Access to a Resource Mailbox
To modify user access to an existing Resource Mailbox, IT requires the following information from the owner of the mailbox:
- Resource Mailbox email address
- Users and permission levels to modify
