Why?
New WPI usernames with recently set passwords can take up to three hours to propagate across all WPI systems. This also applies to former WPI accounts being reactivated.
Impact
Services such as WPI email and Canvas Learning Management System are not available immediately after establishing your WPI profile.
Action Needed
If you are unable to login to WPI email and Canvas, please wait up to three hours and then try again. If you are still unable to access these resources after three hours, contact the ITS Service Desk for assistance. Need something to do while you wait?
