Potpourri Email List Issue

Action needed to restore subscription options for Potpourri email list

Why

On Thursday morning, February 2, 2017 during the routine membership updates for the potpourri@wpi.edu list, an error occurred that temporarily unsubscribed almost everyone from the list. During the restore process, information was lost for those who unsubscribed as well as the time stamp for those who signed the list Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) which is used to send to the list.

Impact

If you had unsubscribed you are now receiving Potpourri messages. If you were sending to Potpourri you need to re-accept the AUP.

Action Needed

Follow the instructions to unsubscribe or re-accept the potpourri list Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
