Email and Calendaring Performance Issues

ITS is investigating performance issues related to Email delivery. ITS has received multiple reports of issues with the Outlook client.

Why

ITS received reports of performance issues in email delivery and using the Outlook client

ITS is investigating and working with the vendor to resolve this issue.

Impact

The Outlook client may experience slowness at times until resolved. A workaround is to use Outlook Web Access, https://outlook.wpi.edu. People using WPI mailing lists may notice a delay in delivery.
