The ITS Service Desk is available by phone or in-person in the Gordon Library.

About

The ITS Service Desk is WPI's central support service for IT related issues, especially in the areas of systems trouble, network connectivity, and the use of supported desktop applications. The Service Desk team provides two stages of support to faculty, staff, and students: an attempt to resolve problems or answer questions, or if quick resolution is not appropriate or achievable, escalate to a higher tier for in-depth assistance.
