If you know the answer to your security question, you can reset your PIN as follows:

  • Navigate to BannerWeb
  • Enter your WPI ID Number
  • Select "Forgot PIN?"
  • Answer your security question
  • Choose a new PIN following the on-screen instructions

If you are unsure of your security question, or if your Bannerweb access has been disabled, your PIN will need to be reset to a temporary one for you. You may request a PIN reset by contacting the ITS Service Desk.
