Prior to leaving your home institution, eduroam must be configured on your device in accordance with your home institution's wireless policy and account requirements. Please be sure to connect to the eduroam network before you leave campus. If you encounter any difficulties connecting to the eduroam network, please contact the Service Desk.
Because WPI ITS does not have access to visiting user credential information, we are unable to assist with any user credential issues. Visiting eduroam users will need to contact their home institution for credential support.
Instructions
- Open your device's Wireless Network Settings.
- Select the eduroam network.
- Log in with credentials set at your home institution.
- Click Join.
You should now be able to use the secure eduroam wireless network at WPI.
